I, like so many of you, had a full life of working every day, driving 40 miles each way, seeing Jack for a couple hours after I got home, eating different times, going to bed only to get up and start all over again. We, thankfully, had Fridays off so we could get our 'work' done here at home and then rest on Sunday! Our lawn is so big (our choice since we planted it!!) that it takes me 3-4 hours to get it all done and that's with Jack doing the front and back part with the push mower!!
Anyway, that was our life until 'the day' when everything changed within 24 hours and here we are. We have learned and gained so much as a result of getting the TM. We stopped worrying about the little stuff like we did and we sure try not to take anything for granted. We are constantly telling our family to 'live for today' and it's still, "Yeah, you're right!" but it does not mean the same for them as it does for us! Jack took an early retirement to be home with me and we have become what we should have been before but just didn't have 'time' for it. Lot's of good things have come out of this but as with you all, the pain is constant and really takes a lot out of you. It wouldn't be so bad if it wasn't 24/7, right? BUT!! We'll make it! j
