Maybe this is common knowledge, but thought I'd share it anyway.
I recently found out that there are tax breaks for disabled and elderly regarding property taxes in my city. I believe it will cut about a thousand dollars a year or more off of my city taxes. Just required getting my income info to my local tax assessor and signing a form. Anyway, it's worth checking out. Kevin
