Question: Should volume control only affect the analog outputs?
    
- Yes, I don't/wouldn't use the digital outputs anyway
- Yes, I want to use the digital outputs and want them locked at 100%

- No, I want variable output for the digital outputs

I'd really like a fixed 100% setting that affected the analog outputs,
the reason is that my Touch is connected with analog outputs and I
control the volume on my Sherwood receiver and I really never want the
Touch volume to be anything else than 100%.
