+1 for Toby Ten. It works. Documentation is poor but the equipment works. Perhaps if you put up how you are trying to use the Touch others can help you work out your issues-operating system, SBS version, album art size etc. I used my Touch w an external HDD directly attached for about 6 months and it worked although quirky at times when adding new music. I had about 18K FLAC fies which would be much larger than 25K of Mp3 files. Give us some detail and maybe we can help you solve your issues.
