I've noticed that the wi-fi reception dips as low as 38% sometimes,
maybe this is the contributory factor??

This very morning I had to reboot by pressing the back button (turning
the Touch off at the remote doesn't solve the problem) to enable My
Music to work.

I also run Spotify Premium and noticed this morning that initially had
no sound (I had to reboot via the back button) but even then I was
missing a couple of playlists....Its got to be the wi-fi connection
surely?....
