Someone writes a makefile and a set of package description files that make this happen. I've found ports to be pretty easy to write. Also, at least on OpenBSD (my BSD of choice), you'll get a set of checksum files in the port that must match the checksum of the file that gets downloaded. Mike -- "Yeah it is!
