Thanks all! I successfully upgraded.Unfortunately riseup-vpn again does not install with the same mistake when installing from debian package as it did in trisquel 8: can't locate riseup-vpn.
Mini 9 i386 works very fine. Wine, all mate environment utilities as in standard, icecat, tor browser, SQLite and libreoffice work very well, with as little as 2GB RAM.
Thank developers for great job! Please never discontinue Mini and i386.
