I have read this, and can't understand it. 
'doesn't really cause the build to fail' is not very reassuring.
I do actually have copies of this file on my HD, as it is in the 
velocity/test/templates directory.

I have downloaded

and installed it on my SuSE 7.2 linux system.

I am attempting to retro-fit http://melati.org/ with Maven, 
to help with the production and maintenance of the 
system documentation and to trap any stylistic problems 
we have.

I am sure I have done something stupid, but I followed the 
instructions on the site and have rechecked this morning :)
