But when I saw how quickly and dramatically the numbers fell over the first 2 weeks, I knew the question was not going to be "how successful is the JLS?" but "can the JLS stay on the air?", so I decided to follow it weekly at least into its second season and as long as its eventual survival was settled. My daughter saw me typing up the numbers one weekend when she was home from college over the Holiday Break and asked how long I was going to do it, and at that point I thought for sure it would be through the summer, but I told her there was a pretty good chance the Leno show would not be back for season 2. So I guess I was surprised that they pulled the plug earlier than that. -- TV or Not TV .... The Smartest (TV) People!
