Perhaps a reasonable precursor to that question is whether to continue with Jeopardy! and/or Wheel once their hosts retire. I suppose that depends on whether syndicated 2.5 Men continues to outperform them in the ratings.
But if there is a need for a new Jeopardy! host, I start off the speculation with Ken Jennings and Brad Rutter. While Rutter has worked on getting acting and hosting gigs, Jennings seems (to me, anyway) more natural for this hosting job.
