Well, I would argue that "getting it right" would be putting the HD version on 
the same channel number as the SD version, which is what I'm used to with 
DirecTV.

My mother has Bright House cable in Tampa, and has had HD for several years now 
-- but when I was visiting last weekend, I noticed that she still doesn't 
"automatically" tune to the HD channels. (Although part of the problem is that 
the converter box and her TV don't seem to get along very well; switching to or 
between HD channels causes the TV to go black for 3-5 seconds with each new 
channel.)
