I don't think we need Dave Hester or Radar Online to realize that the
producers are planting the lockers with valuable and interesting items (how
many times has Barry discovered a hidden, arcane "collectable" gem that one
of his old buddies, or even his mother, just happens to be an expert in?).
But again, I am trying to understand just what law this breaks, or what the
basis is for lawsuit? Can they really claim that this is a fraud? Can we
sue the WWE for scripting their fights? Can we sue if we find out that
those two kids on the X-Factor this season did not really fall in love back
stage?

It makes more sense to me that Hester might have some kind of wrongful
termination suit on his hands, if he were fired because he complained about
the seeding practice. Or, is their some procedure under which producers
officially declare themselves to be making a "game show", putting them
under the terms of the Communications Act, and have the Storage Wars people
done this?
