He wasn't an original member of basketball-comedy troupe the Harlem Globetrotters (heck, they were founded in the 1920s!), but traveled with the team for over 20 years, enough of which was captured on TV by shows like *Wide World of Sports*, before splitting off with similar-style teams (one of which guested in an episode of *Here's Boomer*)... he can be connected to Letterman through a guest spot as "Is This Anything?" judge on *LS* in March 2011... in Scottsdale, AZ; 83.
