Blazing saddles. I had great memories of laughing while watching that movie
with my father. So when I saw (about a decade ago) it in the TiVo
listings, I recorded it.

I then proceeded to talk it up to my 8(?) Year old son. We sat down one
Friday night to watch it. Upon the second mention of the n-word, I was
wide-eyed as I had totally forgot the flagrant use of the word. My primary
memory was the fart scene.

I had to pause the movie and explain old day racism. An educational moment
on a Friday night.
