[twsocket] Proxy Server!

Hi , I've one problem with gphttpproxy and I read a post in forum. If I'm 
correct, it can not be used with http1.1?
I need a sugestion, what component use in delphi 7 to build my own proxy 
server ?
I need build myself a component?
