Update After User Testing: ONLY Contacts affected. The Calendar is unaffected by this "Bug". The Application is NOT used as a Mail Client. When trying to open a contact, to view or edit the "Scrolling Effect" is seen, followed by the Application "Stalling". This often leads to the Ubuntu System "Stalling". The only way to get thing working is a "Soft" re-boot.
