I just downloaded the daily build of quantal made this morning. The first few times I tried to add the blackberry bluetooth device it never generated a pin. I tried using a manual pin. It finally paired with the phone correctly using manual pin. It did launch the DUN wizard for selecting carrier. It added the blackberry connection to the network manager. But still the same as before. Clicking on the blackberry connection it just says configuring interface. And fails to connect. Any further attempts to add the blackberry again fail to launch the DUN wizard and still requires use of a manual pin. Confirming that this is still broken.
