Hey Christopher, I went to the acer web site, and when I typed in my serial number it said Service was unavalible. It looks like my laptop is not supported for the new Bios Update. Could you perhaps directly link me, because I cannot find it...This is my problem to begin with it looks like acer is not supporting my laptop anymore!
