Public bug reported:

I'm using tmux (3.4-1ubuntu0.1) with byobu (6.11-0ubuntu1) on Ubuntu
server (24.04). Often when I reconnect to a session over ssh, I get this
in my system log:

2024-11-01T02:46:21.292194+08:00 jane systemd[3916]:
tmux-spawn-fea509f3-1083-45be-a56a-27d51fcd3ccd.scope: Couldn't move process
65856 to requested cgroup
'/user.slice/user-1000.slice/user@1000.service/tmux-spawn-fea509f3-1083-45be-a56a-27d51fcd3ccd.scope':

scope's control group: No such process
2024-11-01T02:46:21.292387+08:00 jane systemd[3916]:

tmux-spawn-fea509f3-1083-45be-a56a-27d51fcd3ccd.scope - tmux child pane 65856
launched by process 38111.

Once in a while I get this instead:

2024-11-01T02:43:20.280602+08:00 jane systemd[1]: user@1000.service: PID 61422
vanished before we could move it to target cgroup
'/user.slice/user-1000.slice/user@1000.service/tmux-spawn-f4c5e4d9-1ebb-4ee7-9f8e-195244288a21.scope',
 skipping: No such process

which seems like it is related to this issue.

The strange thing is, this is happening on one of my servers but not on
others with a similar configuration.

** Affects: tmux (Ubuntu)
