Public bug reported:

There is a known issue in global 6.6.11 where it will print python
syntax warning if run under python 3.12 or newer. This is fixed in
6.6.13, see change log update in
http://launchpadlibrarian.net/741164268/global_6.6.12-1_6.6.13-1.diff.gz

Is it possible to get global 6.6.13 on ubuntu 24.04 LTS to avoid this
issue?

** Affects: global (Ubuntu)
