Public bug reported: Kubuntu 24.10 is missing the Online Accounts section in System Settings.
The components seem to exist, such as /usr/share/applications/kcm_kaccounts.desktop. Using kcmshell6 --list does not reveal it, either. Is this a Qt/Plasma5 thing, perhaps?
