Public bug reported:
imagemagick includes support for JPEG XL, if compiled with the flag --with-jxl,
and libjxl is found.
(Tested with 8:7.1.1.43+dfsg1-1 in plucky.)
Please enable it in the official builds. (It's already enabled in other
tools, such as ffmpeg)
