Public bug reported:
If in settings "Appearance" turned on "Fall apart" then using spectacle
it sees the effect. Why?
0. Open spectacle
1. click capture selection with 0 seconds no delay
2. has delay and captures effect- spectacle breaking appart. but not the screen
behind it i wanted to save capture
instead it should work like
a. in bug #2111138 the all effects ignored when in some toggle mode
b. ignore spectacle window- all below save.
