Hi, I am seeing the same issue on the same hardware. After suspend a working camera disappears from the hardware list. lsusb doesn't show it anymore. After reboot it shows up again. Reloading uvcvideo module does not bring it back and it happened two times in a row now so it's reproducible. I will do more digging.
