Both the Volumes and Snapshots tables now use server-side filtering via the
Cinder API,
and filtering works correctly across all pages of paginated results.
I confirm that openstack-dashboard version 4:25.3.0-0ubuntu1~cloud1
from noble-proposed/epoxy fixes LP: #2147372 on Epoxy (UCA).
