Problem solved. You just can close the bug.

I have simply removed ~/.xine, then execute "xine" from console, accept
default settings, exit xine; then execute "xine myfile.mp3" and voilĂ !
:-)

Of course, amarok is working OK with MP3 files after resolving the
problem with xine. I think that all is due to the big amount of updates
we have had recently.

By the way, deleting .xine is one of the last things a "normal" user ;-)
can think of when amarok can't play mp3 files. I think, IMHO, that some
routinary checks should be performed before any update involving media
codecs. I can't understand that users don't be adviced to remove old
settings when the update is performed (I think that a workaround is not
feasible in these cases).
