Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-core
After applying the update above on ubuntu 10.04 with fglrx driver the system fails to boot. Downgrading to previous version does not fix the problem. I tried different version of ATI driver same result. However, doing the upgrade and reinstalling the flgrx driver in shell mode fix the problem. It must be that some post installation step are missing to generate the new module for flgrx. Thanks.
