Binary package hint: apport

After running

    apport-collect 769267

the following message (screenshot attached) was displayed:

Development is completed for the 'natty' version of Ubuntu, so
you should use technical support channels unless you know for
certain it should be reported here?

    [ X ] I don't know
[ ] Yes, I already know the fix for this problem.
[ ] Yes, The problem began right after doing a system software update.
[ ] Yes, I have gone through technical support, and they have referred me
here.
[ ] No, please point me to a good place to get support.

    [ Cancel ] [ OK ]

The prompt has broken grammar and does not appear to be related to any
of the options. I'm not sure what to recommend as an improvement, since
it is not clear to me what this prompt is designed to ask.
