I still get this crash on Ubuntu 11.04; problem solved by uninstalling xserver-xorg-video-openchrome.
Steps to reproduce (there are several ways, but this is the most reliable): - install ElectricSheep - run Screensaver preferences - select ElectricSheep screensaver - press "Power Management" button - X crashes and returns you to login screen -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-openchrome in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/760743 Title: Xorg crashes when a player plays a video - sync xserver-xorg-video- openchrome (1:0.2.904+svn920-1) from Debian resolve this problem To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/openchrome/+bug/760743/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
