Hello Everybody,
Thanks for testing and help debugging, before marking it as a duplicate, can we 
make sure it is, just to avoid wasting time. To do so,
Please do the following twice, one time with Unity Loaded and another whith no 
Unity, (More info at foot note[1]):
Please open your terminal(Ctrl+Alt+T), then enter:
xinput test "ETPS/2 Elantech Touchpad" > ~/Desktop/xinput-test.txt
While running that command please consider testing all problematic features.
After that, please attach the file 'xinput-test.txt' from your Desktop to this 
report/email.

 * To use Unity(If you don't):
Logout then click on your name at login screen, from then down bar choose 
'Ubuntu', then login.
 * To use Gnome:
Please, from login screen choose 'Ubuntu Classic', then continue with entering 
your password.

Sorry for marking it 'Incomplete' again, I hope it's the last time :D
