I found this bug report today while researching the possibility of trying out Ubuntu again after leaving it a long time ago, and noticed the "Won't Fix" status. Unbelievable! I thought this was supposed to be an LTS release?
The reasons why I stopped using Ubuntu have started coming back to me. I guess getting the developers to take ownership of problems is still an exercise in futility just like it used to be. I'll take another look when 12.10 comes out. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to xserver-xorg-video-intel in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/993187 Title: ubuntu 12.04 completely freezes frequently.
