Thanks Tommy. Sounds like perhaps your Jaunty installation got into a
weird state. Good to hear it no longer seems to be malfunctioning on
Karmic, but if you do figure out some steps to reproduce the issue on
Karmic please reopen this bug (or file a new one) and we can look into
it further.
