I've red every post in this topic and i can see that it is not ATI or Nvidia. It is kernel and about power management. Maybe i'm wrong but i think everyone who has this freezes is using laptop. Strange is that if i'm running VM where WinXp is loaded i have no freezes so far and i'm running it almost half the time.
