I have a similar problem, maybe Sergey will know if it's the same thing. When I take screenshots I get old stuff that used to be on the screen some time ago.
I found that switching to a text-mode virtual terminal and back to X, then immediately taking the screenshot, gets me the correct screen contents. If this works in general, perhaps an automatic process with similar side-effects could be patched into the Ubuntu distro, or something. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu-X, which is subscribed to fglrx-installer in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1080002 Title: screenshot app gives plain blank screen To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/fglrx-installer/+bug/1080002/+subscriptions _______________________________________________ Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat Post to : ubuntu-x-swat@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~ubuntu-x-swat More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
