I confirm this problem on the following system: - Thinkpad T61 - NVidia Quadro NVS 140M/PCIe/SSE2 - proprietary drivers 'nvidia-319-updates' - up-to-date BIOS
It seems to have appeared in saucy, I cannot remember this happening in raring.
