Jonathan, look's like after fail with nouveau KWin write to kwinrc config option OpenGLIsUnsafe=true. After that I change driver from nouveau to proprieatry nVidia driver, but this option is still present in config, resulting not allow to enable desktop effects even with nVidia driver.
