Thanks folks for your help! After many struggling I have get Debian kernel "config" from testing thread for linux-image-2.6.36 and compile boot disk using that configuration. The kernel is tremendous - include every driver modules, but it works for almost every boxes. First attempt was crash again :( After I realized that I have left "acpi=off" option in boot menu, I have add noapic and at last I have managed to boot, with working NIC :) Windows installer crashed: PROCESS1_INITIALIZATION_FAILED
