Greetings, I'm in need of a place to stay somewhere in Philadelphia starting no later than 1 September, preferably University City, with rent less than about US$500. I have gone through all of the major sources (citypaper, yahoo, apartments.com, the inquirer, etc.) and, in all cases, either the people I contact never get back to me or someone nabs the place just before I am due to look at it. Can anyone point me concretely in the right direction? Does anyone have any rooms they are renting out?
