Hello All, There is a youngish black cat, with a tan (elastic?) collar, white paws and chest, stuck in my basement. Our cat has a way of getting in, which I think this cat found by following him. However, too shy to come up the steps and into the house. We've had him for 2-3 days now. Trying to trap him, but he's not going for the bait. Does anyone know of a missing black cat, around 48th and Windsor? Call me : 215 906-0243 . We are continuing to try to coax it out of the basement.
