Let me just say, however, that my screen never flickers wherever the mouse is and no little Firefox homepage inhabits the center of my screen. I simply never had the maxi,mini close buttons. A very helpful person by the name of Crisafulli gave me a heads up that works for me. I thanked him profusely and I thank you for responding. Patrick
