The observation makes sense as I also am using Nvidia drivers, and I believe I also installed the compiz....3D drivers, on the advice of one of those "Twenty things you should do after installing...." I'm sure you get the idea. Anyway, this gives me a direction to move in, as tapping f11 is getting old. I've been using Firefox since version 2 and have always been pleased as to it's functionality and durability, so other subscribers' advice as to replacing it w/ Opera or something else doesn't really appeal. -- MASTER The firefox window takes up all of the screen, impossible to reduce size and cannot access the close, reduce and clear screen options. The page also flickers when the mouse passes over certain areas of the screen.
