I can confirm this bug in Ubuntu Jaunty as well; it still uses GPA 0.7.6 777. Open for over a year :-(
Presumably the fix to this is to ship a GPG binary that's compiled with gpgkeys_ldap and gpgkeys_hkp? How do we go about co-ordinating that?
