Hi epoch1970,

I wouldn't use piCorePlayer if you plan to add a lot of extras to it. It
will be easier to use a full-blown distribution because piCore is a
"minimal" distribution and a lot different to normal distributions. This
adds an additional learning curve even if you know Linux.

As well as the extra networking, you also will need a database
application that tracks what songs are played so you can pay the
royalties to the appropriate performers.

piCorePlayer is not really intended for commercial usage as there is no
guarantee that things will not break from version to version.
