nac, Yes we are aware of the image issues, for the next release, we have a new image build script to make the build process repeatable. In the past it was mostly done by hand.
As for the wifi, make sure your password is alpha-numeric. The current scripts cannot deal with special characters and spaces. Zero's are hard to diagnose without a USB hub.
