Hi Paul, here he reply of waveshare :

Connect to network,open terminal to download and install driver.
"git clone https://github.com/waveshare/LCD-show.git";
cd LCD-show/
sudo ./LCD4-800x480-show

I have already modify the config.txt, but not yet installed driver, is
it possible to installed and configured it on Pcp ?
