a)Should have 7+ years of total IT experience.

c)Should have experience/knowledge with key GPM/ERP/CRM/PDM system

e)Need to have excellent communication skills.

Technical/Functional Skills :
a)Should have 10+ years of total IT experience, with minimum 5+ experience
Project Management Experience
b)Experience in Managing large EAI / middleware projects
c)Should be knowledgeable enough to understand GEHC requirements,
articulate the estimation and project planning.
d)Need to have excellent communication and co-ordination skills.
Certification : PMP certified preferred

for the position of Solution Architect .The Customer preference is for

1. Associate should have experience in either Oracle
SOA/webMethods/Informatica
2. Should have 10+ years of total IT experience with majority in
integration space
3. Should have provided Integration solution and guided the development
team through the entire life cycle of the project
4. Should have integration experience with key ERP/CRM/PDM system
5. Experience in working with Canonical Data Models like Oracle AIA, B2MML,
OAGIS etc as well as exposure in defining these models for an enterprise
environment
6. Ability to guide the development team during the development and testing
phases of the program
7. Exposure to Agile Methodology (Scrum)
8. Ability to establish and enforce design & development best practices in
various product stacks
