I see something similar in LC 7, including 7.1 dp 2, in IDE.
I see flickering as the mouse moves over a field which sets the background
color of the line:
on mouseMove
if the mouseLine is not empty then
set the backgroundColor of the mouseLine() to 235,231,237
end if
end mouseMove
