Hey list, A little update on the release plan for 4.4: as you might have guessed, we pushed back the originally planned release date a little. By the end of the month, the first RCs of 4.4 should be available. As a bonus for your patience, a few extra features have slipped in: * references view (see where documents are referenced) * lots of fixes to request wrapping and filter dispatching (amongst other things allowing filters to be selectively applied on includes) * query performance improvements
If you missed it, Philipp's post about the first milestone summarized the situation and features: http://philipp-baerfuss-magnolia.blogspot.com/2010/10/magnolia-cms-44-milestone-1.html Snapshots are already available on our repositories, so feel free to give it a whirl and send feedback our way! (no stability guaranteed until RCs of course) Cheers, -greg On Sep 28, 2010, at 16:20, Philipp Bärfuss wrote: > We started to work on 4.4 and head towards releasing it mid of November.
