you are trying to run solandra from resources directory,

follow these steps

1) don't use root - use a regular user
2) cd /tmp/
3) git clone git://github.com/tjake/Solandra.git
4) cd Solandra
5) ant

once you get BUILD SUCCESSFUL

6) cd solandra-app
7) ./start-solandra.sh
