How to set acl-view permission

Hi,
I am unable to view logs of the Giraph application started by another user.
I tried setting "mapreduce.job.acl-view-job” to “*” but no luck.
Any pointers?

I am running Giraph 1.1(hadoop_yarn profile) on Hadoop 2.5
